This statement supports the BPIR declaration for all products supplied by Kiwi Nails Fasteners Ltd. It cross-references the material grades used in our product range against the relevant Australian / New Zealand Standards and the durability zones in E2/AS1.

Quality assurance

Steel and zinc raw materials are sourced from ISO 9001-certified mills and supplied to our own China-based fastener manufacturing line. Each consignment is inspected on arrival at our East Tamaki, Auckland warehouse for:

Inspection records and Mill Certificates are retained for seven (7) years per industry best practice.

Mill Certification: Original Mill Certificates for each consignment are available on request. They reference the heat number, chemistry analysis and mechanical properties of the steel batch used.
